WHAT IF I DON'T LIKE MY ORDER OR IT DOESN’T FIT? CAN I RETURNT?
You have 14 days to return an item if it doesn’t fit or you are unhappy with it. Items must be returned in the same condition as they arrived and you the buyer is responsible for the returned postage costs.

All returns must be returned in the same condition they were received - unused, unworn, unwashed, complete with the original packaging and tags. If you’ve bought something as a gift, please don’t bin the product tags till you’re sure it doesn’t need to be returned. Please allow up to 10 working days, from delivery date to us, for your return to be processed. Once the return has been processed, all refunds will be made only to the original card used for the purchase. The refund may take 7-10 working days to show in your account. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
HOW DO I RETURN MY ITEM?
We hope there will be no need, but of course if you need to return or exchange them please either email email@example.com or print and complete our returns form COMPLETE OUR RETURNS FORM within 28 days and we will arrange it ASAP.

Please post your goods back to us within 28 days including your name and order number within the parcel. The items must be sent back unworn or unused, in saleable condition with their original tags and packaging.
All items returned to us are at your own risk and expense, so we recommend using a recorded or tracked service.
DO YOU DO EXCHANGES IF I NEED A DIFFERENT SIZE?
